警察权益保障路径探析

上世纪九十年代,国内理论界和实务界学者开始研究警察权益的保护,并取得了较大成效。但近年来警察权益受到侵害的现象时有发生,警察的人身、财产、精神以及其他权益有时不能得到很好的保护,严重影响了警察队伍战斗力的提升。因此,准确界定警察权益的内涵,客观分析当前我国保障警察权益存在的问题,提出较为完善的警察权益保障的建议,对更好地保障警察权益,提升警察队伍的战斗力大有裨益。

In the 1990s,scholars in the theoretical and practical fields in China began to study the protection of police rights and achieved great results.However,in recent years,the violation of police rights has occurred from time to time.The police's personal,property,spiritual,and other rights and interests cannot be well protected and seriously affects the improvement of the combat effectiveness of the police force.Therefore,the definition of police rights and interests is based on the analysis of the current problems in protecting the rights and interests of the police in China,and proposals are put forward to improve the protection of police fights and interests,Safeguard police rights and improve the combat effectiveness of the police force.
