预防警察执法被袭问题研究

警察作为国内社会治理、管控力量,担负着维护社会治安秩序安定、打击各类违法犯罪的重要使命。近年内,警察在执法活动中,屡遭犯罪嫌疑人及围观人员不同程度的抗拒,甚至人格侮辱和人身伤害。这种事件的屡屡发生,除了直接侵害警察的人格权、健康权乃至生命权,还是对警察的执法权威提出挑战,给社会治安有序管理造成直接危害。因此,研究警察执法被袭的原因,制定切实可行的对策,预防和减少此类事件的发生迫在眉睫。

The police is the domestic social governance and control force,has the important mission of maintaining public order and stability and cracking down on all kinds of crimes.In recent years,the police has been repeatedly resisted by criminal suspects and onlookers in law enforcement activities to varying and physical injuries.In addition to the direct infringement of the police's personal rights,health rights and even the right to life,such incidents often challenge the police's law enforcement authority and cause direct harm to the orderly management of public security.Therefore,studying the reasons for the attack on law enforcement by the police and developing practical countermeasures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of such incidents are imminent.
