摘要 "互联网+"是当前时代的重要特征,本文基于吉林省教育学院对中小学校长培训工作的历程和领域研究的丰富积淀,分析当前社会发展背景和中小学校长培训的重、难点问题,从两条线索设计、三个研究板块和四项具体措施这几方面详细论述了对"互联网+中小学校长专业发展"的省级战略设计。将理论和实践进行深度融合,构建有利于提升中小学校长专业能力的新模式,是校长培训转型与升级的积极尝试。 "Internet +" is an important characteristic of the current era, this article is based on the training work of schoolmasters in jilin province education college is rich in history and research in the field of accumulation, analysis of the current social development background and heavy, and the difficult problem of middle and primary school headmaster training, from two clues design,three research plate and the four specific measures for this several aspects discusses the detailed "Internet + the principal professional development of primary and secondary schools" provincial strategic design. It is an active attempt to transform and upgrade the training of principals to integrate theory and practice deeply and build a new model which is beneficial to improve the professional ability of principals in primary and middle schools.
