流动党员教育管理存在数量难以准确掌握、学习教育活动开展效果不好、党建有关制度落实不严、流动党员组织观念不强等问题。"两学一做"学习教育背景下加强流动党员教育管理,需要坚持党要管党的原则和从严治党的方针,从流动党员的实际情况出发,建立健全系统、科学、有效的教育管理机制。

There are some problems in the education and management of floating members of the CPC, such as the quantity is difficult to grasp accurately, the effect of learning and education activities is not good, the system of party building is not strict, and the concept of floating party members’ organization is not strong. In order to strengthen the education and management of floating members of the CPC under the background of "the Studies of the Theoretical and Practical Issues of Party Buildingg", we need to adhere to the principle that the party should be in charge of the party and the policy of managing the party strictly, and start from the actual situation of the floating members of the CPC and establish a sound system, scientific and effective educational management mechanism.
