高校院级层面开展“青马工程”的实践探索——以长春师范大学工程学院为例

The Practice and Exploration of Carrying out the Cultivating Scheme of Young Marxists at the College Level in the Campus——Taking Changchun Normal University Engineering College for an Example

高校院级层面"青马工程"是校级"青马工程"向基层延伸的创新形式,是个体联系群体的桥梁。因而,从实际出发,创新院级层面"青马工程"运行机制至关重要。要努力创新院级层面"青马工程"教育新模式、构建普通大众学生发展新平台、建立青马学员培养新机制,同时更要找准院级层面"青马工程"与校级"青马工程"的结合点,切实发挥院级层面"青马工程"在学院思想政治教育工作中的重要作用。

The cultivating scheme of young Marxists at the college level is an innovative form which it extends to the school level, and it’s the bridge of the individual contact group. Therefore, from the practical point of view, it is very important to innovate the operation mechanism of the cultivating scheme of young Marxists at the college level. We should try our best to innovate the new educational form, construct a new platform for the development of ordinary mass students and establish a new mechanism for the cultivating young Marxists. At the same time, we should find the key point of the combination of the college level and the school level. We should give full play to important role of the cultivating scheme of young Marxists in the ideological and political education of the colleges level.
