从模拟法庭看我国法学教育中理论与实践的契合问题——以2017年“理律杯”贵州大学参赛队为考察对象

Looking at the Combination of Theory and Practice in Legal Education in China from the Moot Court——A Research Object of Guizhou University in 2017 “Lilvbei”

为适应新时期下全面依法治国的现实需求,我国法学教育应加强理论与实践的契合。模拟法庭作为"实践性法律教学"的重要工具,目前尚需从提高入学资格,构建科学的课程模式,创制有实效的评价体系等方面进行完善,真正发挥模拟法庭联系法学教育理论和实践的桥梁作用,加快培育出更多复合型、应用型、创新型法律人才。

In order to adapt to the real needs of a comprehensive administration a country according to law in the new period,legal education in our country should strengthen the integration of theory and practice. As an important tool for"practical legal education",the moot court,at present, needs to be improved from the following aspects: improving the qualifications of legal education admission, building a scientific moot court course model, creating a unified evaluation system,,so that it can really play the role of a bridge that links the theory and practice of legal education,as well as accelerate the development of compound、applied、and innovative legal talents.
