《社会保障学》的“课堂志”研究框架探讨

摘要 大学课程是教学计划或人才培养方案中有关计划安排的内容,以及为达到人才培养目标而开展的课程实施、课程评价等相关内容,其教学改革是提升本科生教学质量的重要途径。本文以教育学"课堂志"理论作为切入点,探讨以《社会保障学》课程为例的教学改革。根据"课堂志"理论的实践过程,《社会保障学》课程教学改革可以分为三步走:确定研究对象→课堂中参与观察→撰写课堂志。本文采用"课堂志"考察"学生—教师—学校"的教学互动关系,构建出"课堂志"研究的框架,为高校研究团队进行教学改革的研究提供些许经验和借鉴。 The university curriculum is the plan arrangement in the teaching plan or the talent training scheme, as well as the curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation and other relevant contents to achieve the goal of personnel training. To reform it is a significant way to prove the quality of undergraduate education. This article takes the pedagogical theory of‘Chronieles of Class’ in as the entry point and discusses the teaching reform of the course of‘Social Security Studies’. According to the practice of the theory of‘Chronieles of Class’, the course teaching reform of‘Social Security Studies’ can be divided into three steps: the determination of the research object →the participation and observation in the classroom → the blogging of the class. In this paper, we use‘Chronieles of Class’ to research the teaching interactive relationship among students, teachers, and schools, constructing the framework of the study toward‘Chronieles of Class’, so as to provide some experience and lessons toward the teaching reform research for related scholars in university.
