摘要 随着社会的发展,面临激烈的市场竞争环境,企业对于人才的渴望越来越大。国家为了增补经济发展的空缺,将职业性与学校教育有机结合,对高校提出了更高的要求。作为国家人才培养的基地,这是其义不容辞的责任与义务。但是即使花费了大量的人力、物力、财力,有时教学质量也得不到明显的改善,高校的教育压力十分大。因此,本文以中职院校建筑工程施工专业为例,分析院校教育方法存在的不足。希望能运用先进的"任务驱动"教学方法,为高校培养人才提供一定的参考与建议。 With the development of society and the fierce competition environment in the market, the enterprise’s desire for talents is getting bigger and bigger. In order to fill the vacancy of economic development, the state organically combines vocational education with school education, and puts forward higher requirements for universities. As a base for the training of national talents,this is its bounden responsibility and obligation. Even though a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources have been spent, the quality of teaching has not been significantly improved, and the educational pressure in colleges and universities is very huge. Therefore, this paper takes the construction engineering specialty of secondary vocational colleges as an example to analyze the shortcomings of the educational methods in colleges. It is hoped that the advanced "task-driven" teaching method can be used to provide some reference and suggestions for colleges and universities to train talents.
