在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,中国经济社会发展焕发新气象,展现新作为。中国企业正处于承前启后、继往开来的重大历史转折时期。道家思想蕴含着丰富的企业管理思想,发掘道家思想的管理学意义,把道家思想推陈出新,古为今用,一方面为现代企业管理的研究、发展和应用开辟了一条广阔的道路,另一方面为现代企业管理提供了一个取之不尽、用之不竭的思想源泉。本文从"道法自然"、"始制有名"、"上善若水"、"知止不殆"四方面论述了对现代企业管理中的决策与计划、组织、领导、控制等职能的启发,以期构建中国特色的现代企业管理体系。
