摘要
情绪劳动作为小学教师劳动的重要内容之一,理应得到合理管理。基于对8位小学教师的深入访谈,从教师个体、学校组织、教育行政部门角度提炼出小学教师情绪劳动管理的合理策略:一方面,小学教师是情绪劳动管理的基本主体,良好情绪劳动是个人努力的结果,教师应该通过与人为善、积极沟通、合理宣泄、提升自我等方式,展现良好情绪劳动;另一方面,学校应该努力营造尊重人、关心人、培养人和发展人的文化氛围,丰富教师的专业生活和滋润教师的非专业生活,助力教师积极情绪劳动表达;此外,教育行政部门也需重视教师情绪劳动的存在,并采取适当措施将教师情绪劳动纳入管理过程,以帮助教师健康成长,优化学校管理。
Emotional labor, as an important part of primary school teachers ’ labor, deserves reasonable management. Based on in-depth interviews with eight primary school teachers,this paper refines reasonable strategies for emotional labor management of primary school teachers from the perspectives of teachers,school organizations and educational administrative departments. On the one hand,primary school teachers are the basic subject of emotional labor management,and good emotional labor is the result of individual efforts. Teachers should perform good emotional labor by friendly attitude,active communication,proper emotional release,and self-improvement. On the other hand,schools should strive to create a cultural atmosphere of respecting,caring,cultivating and developing people,enrich teachers’ professional life and nourish teachers’ non-professional life,and help teachers express positive emotional labor. The administrative department may attach importance to the existence of teachers’ emotional labor and take appropriate measures to incorporate it into the management process to help teachers grow healthily and optimize school management.
