China’s water conservancy and hydropower project construction has entered a national critical stage.As an important bearing part of economic construction,earth-rock dams directly affect the quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.This paper analyzes and studies the concrete application of earth-rock dam construction technology in water conservancy and hydropower projects,so as to lay a solid guarantee foundation for the overall quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
