城市内涝成因及排水体系全过程改进方向探讨

Discussion on the Causes of Urban Water Logging and the Improvement Direction of the Whole Process of Drainage System

多年来我国内涝灾害频发,过去的传统型城市开发建设模式已不能满足我国人民日益增长的生活需求。近几年,国家愈发重视排水体制的改革,海绵城市等相关理念的提出恰恰印证了这一点。论文就我国排水系统从产流起端、汇流中端至泄流末端全过程存在的问题进行分析,并就体系衔接、政策改革、设计手段等多方面改进方向进行了探讨。

Over the years,water logging disasters have occurred frequently in China and the traditional urban development and construction models in the past have not met the increasing demand for life of our people.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the reform of the drainage system,the proposals of related concepts such as the sponge city,it confirms this point.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the whole process of the drainage system in China and discusses the improvement direction in system convergence,policy reform,design means and so on.
