在房屋的使用过程中,房屋结构会由于各种原因而出现不同程度的损坏,因此,必须对房屋的损坏部位进行加固,从而提高房屋建筑稳定性,延长房屋的使用寿命,为人们的生活和工作提供安全可靠的空间。论文阐述了对房屋进行加固改造施工的目的,对房屋加固改造施工技术的应用进行研究,希望能推动房屋建筑行业的不断发展。

In the using process of the house,the structure of the house will be damaged to different degrees due to various reasons,therefore,the damaged parts of the house must be strengthened to improve the stability of the house building and extend the service life of the house,provide safe and reliable space for people’s life and work.This paper expounds the purpose of building reinforcement and reconstruction construction,studies the application of building reinforcement and reconstruction construction technology,and hopes to promote the continuous development of housing construction industry.
