预制梁施工技术在高速公路施工中的应用及质量管控

The Application of Precast Beam Construction Technology in Highway Construction and Quality Control

在高速公路工程施工期间,预制梁施工属于关键环节,预制梁施工质量如何将会直接影响到后续施工进度及整个公路工程质量,为此,有必要在质量控制上做到持续改进。论文从2个方面对公路预制梁施工相关问题进行了探究,在预制梁施工技术的应用上,主要阐述了后张法预应力混凝土梁台座施工技术及预应力体系设计2项内容;在质量控制上分别提出了施工准备与混凝土浇筑以及波纹管预埋几个方面的质量控制策略。

During the period of the highway engineering construction,precast beam construction belongs to the key link of precast beam construction quality will directly affect the subsequent construction progress and quality of the highway engineering,therefore,it is necessary to achieve continuous improvement in quality control.This paper explores the problems related to the highway prefabricated beam construction from two aspects.On the application of prefabricated beam construction technology,paper mainly explores the post-tensioned prestressing concrete beam pedestal construction technology and the prestreessing force system design.On the quality control,paper puts the quality control measures from the aspects of construction prepareation,concrete pouring and bellows embedded.
