建筑工程施工管理及创新技术的应用研究

Research on the Application of Construction Management and Innovative Technology in Construction Engineering

建筑工程的快速发展,使传统的施工管理模式已经无法满足不断发展的工程需求,并对建筑工程的创新技术应用提出了更高的要求。论文通过对建筑工程施工管理及创新技术的应用现状进行分析,总结了其存在的主要问题,包括管理及创新理念过于陈旧、施工管理体系不健全以及缺乏优秀的创新技术人才等,并提出了相应的解决对策,为建筑工程施工管理及创新技术应用能力的提升提供参考。

The rapid development of construction projects has made the traditional construction management model unable to meet the continuous development of engineering requirements,and has put forward higher requirements for the application of innovative technology in construction projects.This paper analyzes the current status of the application of construction engineering construction management and innovative technologies,and summarizes the main problems in them,including the obsolescence of management and innovation concepts,imperfect construction management systems,and the lack of outstanding innovative technical talents.The paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and provides reference for the improvement of building construction management and application of innovative technologies.
