摘要
建筑工程工期较长,人员流动性较大,因此,施工现场管理较为复杂,在管理过程中,要将质量、安全、成本和工期管理作为施工现场管理的重要内容,保证建筑质量,减少质量安全事故,提高建筑企业的经济效益和社会效益。论文从施工现场施工管理的意义入手,对建筑工程施工现场管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关的策略,以期提高施工现场的管理水平,实现预期建设目标。
The construction period is longer,personnel fluidity is great,therefore,the construction site management is more complex,in the management process,we need take the quality,safety,cost and schedule management as an important part of the construction site management,to ensure the quality of construction,reduce the quality safety accidents,improve the construction enterprise economic benefit and social benefit.The construction management of construction site of the existing construction site management problems are analyzed,and puts forward relevant strategies,in order to improve the management level of the construction site,to achieve the expected goal of building.
