摘要
目的分析成人下呼吸道感染肺炎支原体(MP)培养阳性率及药敏情况,为临床诊治提供依据。方法选取医院2016年11月-2017年10月下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,采集患者咽拭子标本,应用MP培养药敏试剂盒对患者MP感染情况进行分析。结果976例下呼吸道感染患者咽拭子标本MP阳性260例,阳性率为26.6%;从发病季节来看,冬春季节MP阳性率高于夏秋季节,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=20.317,P<0.001);MP对米诺环素及多西环素的敏感率最高,分别达93.8%和93.4%;其次为喹诺酮类,莫西沙星药敏率最高,达到86.9%;大环内酯类最低,其中临床常用的阿奇霉素的药敏率达71.5%。结论成人MP感染在临床应引起足够重视,MP快速培养及药敏分析临床开展可行性高,对临床诊治有指导意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the positive rate of culture of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)in the adults with lower respiratory tract infection and analyze the result of drug susceptibility testing so as to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS The patients with lower respiratory tract infection who were treated in the hospital form Nov 2016 to Oct 2017 were recruited as the study objects,the throat swab specimens were collected,and the prevalence of MP infection was analyzed by using MP culture susceptibility kit.RESULTS Of the976 patients with lower respiratory tract infection,260 were positive for the culture of MP in the throat swab specimens,with the positive rate 26.6%.In term of the seasons,the positive rates of MP were significantly higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn(χ^2=20.317,P<0.001).The drug susceptibility rates of the MP strains to minocycline and doxycycline were 93.8%and 93.4%,respectively;the drug susceptibility rate to moxifloxacin was 86.9%;the drug susceptibility rate to macrolides was the lowest,and the drug susceptibility rate to azithromycin was 71.5%.CONCLUSIONIt is necessary for the hospital to attach great importance to the adults with MP infection.Th rapid culture of MP and drug susceptibility testing are highly feasible,which have great significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
