社会资本理论在国外用户信息行为领域应用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Social Capital Theory in User Information Behavior Abroad

【目的/意义】社会资本理论是一个颇具国际性的学术研究热点,特别适合解释诸多用户信息行为,围绕社会资本理论在国外用户信息行为领域的应用研究情况,对其研究进展进行述评,以期将国内研究引向深入。【方法/过程】采用文献调研法,对国外文献进行系统脉络梳理和整体内容述评。【结果/结论】社会资本理论在国外信息系统用户行为领域的应用主要集中在"信息技术与信息系统的使用研究"、"在线参与研究"、"知识的贡献或共享研究"和"表现绩效研究"四个方面。现有研究存在"替代性测度指标使用的信度和效度差异较大"、"个体层面和群体层面研究的界定较为模糊"、"较少考虑社会资本的多种关系作用"的问题。同时指出了未来研究值得注意关注的研究方向。

【Purpose/significance】Social capital theory is an international academic research focus,especially suitable for the interpretation of many user information behaviors,based on the application of social capital theory in the field of foreign user information behavior,the paper reviews its research progress in order to bring domestic research into depth.【Method/process】Systematically reviewing the overall content of foreign literatures.【Results/conclusion】The application of social capital theory in foreign information system mainly focuses on four aspects:"information technology and information system’s use research","online participation research","knowledge contribution or sharing research"and"performance research".There are some problems in the existing research,such as"the reliability and validity of alternative indicators are quite different","the definition of individual level and group level is vague","less consideration of the multiple functions of social capital".At the same time,this paper also points out the research direction that should be paid attention to in the future research.
