糖尿病性白内障患者抗氧化指标及血管内皮生长抑制因子、血管内皮生长因子的水平变化

Changes of antioxidant index, VEGI and VEGF levels in diabetic cataract patients

目的探讨糖尿病性白内障患者抗氧化指标及血管内皮生长抑制因子(VEGI)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平变化。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院收治的40例糖尿病性白内障患者作为观察组,另选取同期本院收治的血糖正常的单纯白内障患者44例作为对照组,检测2组患者血清及房水中的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、人过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、VEGI及VEGF水平。结果观察组血清、房水中的MDA高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清、房水中的SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、TAC均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清、房水中的VEGI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清、房水中的VEGF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病性白内障患者具有显著的氧化应激损伤及新生血管病变。

Objective To investigate the antioxidant index and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGI) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in diabetic cataract patients. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 40 diabetic cataract patients in our hospital were selected as observation group, and 44 patients with normal blood sugar in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), human catalase(CAT), total antioxidant capacity(TAC), VEGI and VEGF in serum and aqueous humor of two groups were detected. Results The MDA in the serum and aqueous humor of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and TAC in the serum and aqueous humor of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The VEGI of serum and aqueous humor of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). VEGF in the serum and aqueous humor of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic cataract patients have significant oxidative stress injury and neovascularization.
