血清胃泌素、超敏C-反应蛋白和降钙素原与幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡治疗效果的相关性研究 被引量:26

Correlation of serum gastrin, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

摘要 目的探究血清胃泌素(Gas)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡(PU)诊疗中的相关性。方法选取Hp阳性PU患者及健康体检者各60例,分别设为观察组和对照组。观察组治疗4周后,测定2组治疗前后血清Gas、hs-CRP及PCT水平,并分析三者的相关性。结果治疗后观察组Hp阳性率为8.33%。根据治疗后Hp是否阳性将观察组分为阳性组和阴性组,2组患者治疗后阴性组血清Gas、hs-CRP及PCT水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,血清Gas、hs-CRP及PCT与Hp阳性患者治疗效果均呈正相关(r=0.79,r=0.48,r=0.56,P<0.05)。结论血清Gas、hs-CRP及PCT水平与Hp阳性PU治疗效果的相关性,可作为患者治疗效果的观察指标,三者水平的联合监测对消化性溃疡的诊断、治疗效果评价以及预后均有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum gastrin(Gas), high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) with the diagnosis and treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive peptic ulcer(PU). Methods Totally 60 cases of Hp-positive PU patients and 60 healthy volunteers were selected and divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated for 4 weeks, and serum levels of Gas, hs-CRP and PCT were measured in the two groups. The correlation of the above three items was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Hp in the observation group was 8.33%. According to whether Hp was positive or not after treatment, the observed group was divided into positive group and negative group. The levels of serum Gas, hs-CRP and PCT were significantly lower in the negative group than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum Gas, hs-CRP and PCT were positively correlated with Hp-positive patients(r=0.79, r=0.48, r=0.56, P<0.05). Conclusion The correlation of serum Gas, hs-CRP and PCT levels with the therapeutic effect of Hp-positive peptic ulcer can be used as an observation index of the patients′ therapeutic effect. Joint monitoring of the three biomarkers has great significance in the diagnosis, treatment evaluation and prognosis of peptic ulcer.
