摘要
目的了解北京市丰台区2016年-2017年食源性疾病流行特征。方法对2016年-2017年在丰台区4家哨点医院就诊的1 123例食源性疾病病例采集信息和粪便标本,对4种食源性致病菌和2种病毒进行病原学检测,对食品暴露信息进行分析。结果 1 123例标本中检出阳性致病菌菌株217株,阳性率为19.32%,大肠埃希菌检出数最多为115例,检出率为10.24%;其次为副溶血性弧菌,检出76例,检出率为6.77%;沙门菌检出26例,检出率为2.32%;志贺菌未检出;致病菌感染主要发生在4月-10月,以21岁~30岁组人群为主,可疑食品主要为肉与肉制品;2016年-2017年对255份标本进行轮状病毒和诺如病毒的检测,轮状病毒检测阳性41例,阳性率为16.08%,诺如病毒检测阳性64例,阳性率为25.10%。结论丰台区食源性疾病的发生主要集中在4月-10月,感染者以21岁~30岁年龄组人群为主,以大肠埃希菌感染为主,应加强人群食品安全宣传教育。
Objective To know the epidemiological characteristics of food borne diseases in Fengtai District of Beijing during 2016-2017. Methods Case information and stool specimens of 1 123 food borne disease cases were collected from 4 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District during 2016-2017. Etiological detection of 4 food borne pathogens and 2 viruses were done, and food exposure information was analyzed. Results A total of 1 123 specimens were detected, and 217 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, with the positive rate of 19.32%, and 115 strains of E. coli were detected, with the positive rate of 10.24%;76 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected, with the positive rate of 6.77%;26 strains of Salmonella were detected, with the positive rate of 2.32%, and no Shigella was detected;Pathogenic bacteria infections mainly occurred during April-October, and the 21-30 year-old population were the main infected population, and meat or meat products were main suspicious food;A total of 255 specimens were tested for rotavirus and norovirus during 2016-2017, and 41 rotaviruses were detected, with a positive rate of 16.08%;64 noroviruses were detected, with a positive rate of 25.10%. Conclusion The bacterial food borne diseases occurred mainly during April-October in Fengtai;and the 21-30 year-old population were the main infection population, and Escherichia coli was the main pathogen causing food borne diseases. Population health education should be strengthened.
