清咽糖清咽功能的动物试验研究

Animal experiments on throat-clearing function of throat-clearing sugar

目的通过动物消炎实验研究清咽糖的清咽作用。方法依据《保健食品检验与评价规范》(2003年版)中清咽功能检验方法进行大鼠足趾肿胀实验,按人日推荐量的5倍、10倍、30倍,样品设3个剂量组为1.0 g/kg体质量、2.0 g/kg体质量、6.0 g/kg体质量,灌胃大鼠30 d后,在大鼠右后足跖注射1%角叉菜胶致炎,于致炎后1 h、3 h、6 h测量大鼠足跖部厚度,观察致炎前后足跖部厚度的变化。结果低剂量组、高剂量组大鼠致炎后1 h、3 h、6 h足跖厚度的差值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中剂量组大鼠致炎后1 h足跖厚度的差值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论受试样品动物实验结果阳性,提示可能具有清咽功能。

Objective To study the throat-clearing function of throat-clearing sugar. Methods According to the test methods of Health Food Inspection and Evaluation Standards, SD rats were randomly divided into low, medium, and high dosage groups(1.0 g/kg· BW, 2.0 g/kg· BW and 16.0 g/kg· BW). Different concentrations of throat-clearing sugar were administered respectively to three dosage groups by gavage for 30 d. Rats in the right hind paw were injected with 1% carrageenan to induce inflammation. The thickness of the ankle and foot was measured at 1 h, 3 h, 6 h after inflammation, and the thickness of the ankle and foot was observed before and after inflammation. Results The thickness of the ankle in the low-dose group and the high-dose group was compared with the control group at 1 h, 3 h, and 6 h after inflammation, with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05);the thickness of the foot at 1 h after inflammation in the middle dose group was compared with the control group, with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The test results were positive, suggesting that it may have clear throat function.
