健康成年人脑铁含量与性别的相关性

摘要 目的探讨健康成年人额叶白质区及深部灰质核团脑铁含量与性别的相关性。方法年龄匹配的25~85岁男性组(64例)及女性组(64例)接受磁共振成像(MRI)常规及增强梯度回波T2~*加权血管成像(ESWAN)检查,经工作站后处理,在R2~*图像上分别测量双侧额叶白质区、红核、黑质网状带、黑质致密带、尾状核头、壳核、苍白球和丘脑的R2~*值,分析其R2~*值与性别的相关性。结果 R2~*值在男、女性组左右侧的苍白球最低,其次为黑质网状带、红核,额叶白质区的最高。女性组右侧黑质网状带、男性组右侧黑质致密带R2~*值小于左侧(P值均<0. 05)。男、女性组在壳核(F=4. 126,P=0. 044)、丘脑(F=6. 890,P=0. 010)的R2~*值之间具有统计学差异;余感兴趣区的R2~*值无统计学差异(P值>0. 05)。结论健康成年人的壳核、丘脑的脑铁含量与性别具有相关性。
