教师教育改革的目标愿景与实现路径:基于H大学的个案研究 被引量:1

摘要 教师是教育发展的第一资源,强师才可兴国,而教师教育则是造就大国良师的必由之路。因此,教师教育改革对培养高素质专业化创新型教师具有十分重要的意义。H大学紧扣外部政策要求、社会需求以及自身价值追求,确立了以未来Y派实践型教育家为高位追求的培养目标体系,并且构建了以政府主导、大学—学校双主体、多方协同为特征的G-U-S协同培育模式。通过多年的实践,取得了较好的成效,为教师教育改革与发展提供了有益的思路或可资剖析的案例。 Teacher is the first resource of educational development.Strengthening teacher quality can rejuvenate the country.The teacher’s education is the only way to build a great power country.Therefore,the reform of teacher education is of great significance to cultivate innovative teachers with high quality and specialization.H university,closely related to the external policy requirements,social needs and its own value pursuit,established a talent-cultivation target system taking the future Y School of practical educator as its pursuit,and constructed a collaborative cultivation made of G-U-S,that is,government-led and university-school centered.The model has achieved good results through many years of practice,which provides useful ideas and cases for the reform and development of teacher education.
