摘要
目的观察自拟麻杏蝉苏汤结合常规治疗对干咳夜咳患儿咳嗽情况和病程的影响。方法选取干咳夜咳患儿140例,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为2组,各70例。研究组给予麻杏蝉苏汤结合常规治疗(抗感染、雾化吸入及对症治疗),对照组给予口服非那根口服液结合常规治疗。2组疗程均为1周,对比分析2组咳嗽情况、病程和不良反应,进行观察并记录。结果研究组总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(80.00%)(P <0.01)。研究组干咳夜咳患儿气促缓解、咳嗽消失和肺部啰音消失时间显著短于对照组(P <0.01)。研究组支气管炎、支气管肺炎、咳嗽变异性哮喘干咳夜咳患儿平均住院时间显著短于对照组(P <0.01)。结论自拟麻杏蝉苏汤结合常规治疗可有效缓解干咳夜咳患儿气促,减少咳嗽和肺部啰音等症状,缩短病程。
Objective To investigate and study the self-made Maxing Chansu decoction combined with routine treatment of dry cough at night with children.Methods 140 cases of children with dry cough and night cough were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,70 cases in each group.Patients in study group were given routine treatment combined with self-made Maxing Chansu decoction(Antiinfection,atomization inhalation and symptomatic treatment),the control group was treated with promethazine oral liquid combined with routine treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was one week.The cough,course of disease and adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results The total efficiency of the experimental group(100%)was significantly higher than the control group(80%)(P<0.01).The study group of shortness of breath,cough disappeared and pulmonary rales disappeared time in children with dry cough and night cough were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).The study group of bronchitis,pneumonia,cough variant asthma in children with dry cough and night cough average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion self-made Maxing Chansu decoction combined with routine therapy can eff ectively relieve cough in children with night cough and shortness of breath,reduce cough and pulmonary rales and other symptoms,shorten the course of disease.
