摘要 通过查阅文献等方式对鹿产业及鹿产品进行研究,针对国内市场对鹿茸的需求增加,国外廉价马鹿茸趁机涌入,严重冲击梅花鹿养殖业发展的重大问题,深入探讨了梅花鹿产业发展的机制:在明确市场经济效益机制的基础上,瞄准鹿茸产品进行深加工的研发;应用高科技技术针对中医古籍对鹿产品精方、验方进行筛选、分析定位,开发出具有引领效应的产品;依据肽键热振荡理论示范性开发保健食品、食品、化妆品。通过梅花鹿下游产品开发破解梅花鹿产业下滑的障碍,最终带动梅花鹿产业的发展。 Through literature review and other methods,the deer industry and deer products were studied.In view of the increasing demand for deer antler in the domestic market,but the major problem of the development of sika deer breeding industry was seriously impacted by the influx of cheap antler from abroad.The mechanism of the development of sika deer industry was further discussed.On the basis of clear market economy benefit mechanism,aiming at deer antler product deep processing research and development.Using high-tech technology to screen and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine books for the deer product essence and prescription,and indeed develop the products with leading effect.Development of health food,food and cosmetics according to the theoretical demonstration of peptide bond thermal oscillations.Through the development of sika deer downstream products to break down the obstacles of the decline of sika deer industry and ultimately drive the development of sika deer industry.
