复方黄苦膏提取工艺的优化研究

Optimization of Extraction Process of Fufang Huangku Ointments

目的优选复方黄苦膏提取工艺。方法正交试验方法优选提取工艺,评价指标为黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱百分含量及出膏率,影响因素为提取时间、溶剂使用量、乙醇体积分数。结果最佳提取条件为10倍加量水,水煎煮2次,第一次1.5 h,第二次1 h,65%乙醇静置24 h,分离上层液浓缩干燥即得。结论该方法简便稳定,可用于复方黄苦膏的提取。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fufang Huangku ointments.Methods The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The extraction time,solvent amount and ethanol volume fraction were taken as the influencing factors,the baicalin,berberine hydrochloride and the ointment were evaluated.Results The optimal conditions were 10 times the amount of water,boiling twice in water,the first 1.5 hours,the second time 1 hour,65%ethanol was placed for 24 hours,and the supernatant was separated and concentrated.Conclusion This method is simple and stable and can be used for the extraction of compound yellow bitter cream.
