蜂毒液与不同介质刮痧治疗颈源性头痛临床对照研究

Clinical Study of Bee Venoms and Different Scraping Medias on Cervical Headache

目的临床比对使用蜂毒液或其他介质刮痧治疗颈源性头痛疗效。方法临床收集颈源性头痛患者90例,随机分为清水组,万花油组,蜂毒液组,各30例。清水组、万花油组、蜂毒液组依次使用常温清水,跌打万花油以及蜂毒液对患者进行刮痧治疗。结果从简化Mc Gill量表看出,5次治疗后,3组SF-MPQ评分均有所下降;10次治疗后,蜂毒液组和万花油组评分持续下降,且蜂毒液组明显低于万花油组,与清水组的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。从临床疗效上,蜂毒液组总有效率为100%,愈显率为76%,均明显高于其余2组(P <0.05)。结论蜂毒液中含有多种消炎止痛活性物质,运用蜂毒液作为刮痧介质,配合刮痧治疗颈源性头痛,疗效显著。

Objective To compare the efficacy of the use of bee venom and other scraping media in the treatment of cervical headache.Methods Ninety patients with cervical headache were randomly divided into three groups:water group,Wanhua oil group and bee venom group,30 cases per group.Water group,Wanhua oil group,bee venom group followed by the use of room temperature water,Wanhua oil and bee venom to patients for scraping treatment.Results From the simplified McGill scale,all groups’SF-MPQ score decreased after five treatments.After ten treatments,the score of the bee venom group and the Wanhua oil group continued to decrease.Meanwhile the score of the bee venom group was significantly lower than the Wanhua oil group.The diff erence between bee venom group and the water group was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the side of clinical efficacy,eff ective rate of the bee venom group was 100%and the apparent rate was 76%.Both were significantly higher than the other two groups.Conclusion The use of bee venom as a media for scraping treatment of cervical headache is eff ective.And compared with the ordinary scraping medium,eff ect is remarkable.
