摘要
以十八烯醇、顺丁烯二酸酐、偏重亚硫酸钠为原料,通过单酯化反应和磺化反应合成了十八烯醇磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐表面活性剂。以酸值和磺化值为考察指标,采用单因素试验法优化了制备反应的条件参数。采用FT-IR、~1H-NMR对制备的表面活性剂进行了结构表征,结果表明成功制得了十八烯醇磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐。将其引入毛皮加脂剂的制备中,制得了毛皮复合加脂剂并应用于家兔皮加脂工艺中,对加脂后家兔皮的物理机械性能进行检测并与同类市售产品进行对比,结果表明:制得的复合加脂剂乳液平均粒径为90 nm,可均匀地渗透到皮板纤维之间,起到良好的加脂效果,加脂后皮板的柔软度、抗张强度、撕裂强度及断裂伸长率与市售加脂剂的应用效果相当。
The eighteen enol succinic acid monoester disodium salt suffactant was synthesized through monoesterification reaction and sulfonation reaction using octadecenol,maleic anhydride and sodium bisulfite as raw materials. With the acid value and sulfonation value as indicators,the single factor test method was used to optimize the reaction condition parameters.The structure of the suffactant was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The results show that the eighteen enol succinic acid monoester sodium salt is successfully prepared.It was introduced into the preparation of fur fatliquor,a fur compound fatliquor was prepared and applied in rabbit skin fatliquoring process.The physical and mechanical properties of rabbit skin after fatliquoring were tested and compared with similar commercial products. The results show that the average particle size of the fur compound fatliquor emulsion obtained is 90 nm,which could penetrate evenly between the fibers of the dermatotome and has good fatliquoring effect.The softness,tensile strength,tearing strength and elongation at break of the fur fatliquored by fur compound fatliquor are equivalent to the commercial products fatliquored fur.
