企业推动SCSR项目实施机制研究

A research on the mechanism for implementation of firms' SCSR program

SCSR项目既要保证企业获得显著的经济效益,同时也要促进社会福利增长,因此,如何来推动SCSR项目实施将是企业乃至社会面临的重要问题。本文以我国滴滴专车等专车服务项目为研究对象,采用验证性因子方法进行分析,发现目标导向、市场反应、经济效益和声誉机制等战略特质是促发并维持企业持续推进SCSR项目运作的主要驱动因素。此外,对于企业经营者来说,其对于SCSR项目战略特质的关注程度依次是经济效益、目标导向、声誉机制和市场反应。而关注社会福利的利益相关者,其对于SCSR项目战略特质的重视程度则依次是市场反应、经济效益、声誉机制和目标导向。本文的研究结果对于我国企业如何更好地实施SCSR项目提供了有益的启发。

As the SCSR program attempts to guarantee firms to obtain obvious economic value and promotes the growth of social welfare,how to promote implementation of the SCSR program is an important issue which faces the society and firms alike. This paper takes the special service project of China,such as Didi Taxi as a research object,and uses the confirmatory factor method to analyze and find that the strategic characteristics such as goal orientation,market reaction,economic benefit and reputation mechanism are the main driving factors which promote and maintain the continuous operation of the SCSR project. In addition,for business operators,their focus on the strategic characteristics of the SCSR project is economic efficiency,goal orientation,reputation mechanism and market response. The stakeholders who pay attention to social welfare pay more attention to the strategic traits of the SCSR project,which are market response,economic benefit,reputation mechanism and goal orientation. The results of this paper provide useful insights into how Chinese companies can better implement SCSR projects.
