Research on American Consumer Products Recall System and Its Characteristics

本文分别从召回管理部门、召回法律、召回种类、召回程序、召回工作的监督、法律处罚等6个方面介绍了美国消费品召回制度,并总结了其特点,以期对完善我国消费品召回制度提供借鉴。

This paper introduces the recall system of American consumer products from six aspects: recall management department, recall law, recall types, recall procedure, supervision of recall work and legal punishment, and summarizes its characteristics in order to provide reference for perfecting the recall system of Chinese consumer products.
