摘要
在对图书馆进行建筑能耗模拟的过程中,模拟结果不准确的问题时有发生。其中一个可能的原因是图书馆的建筑能耗模拟普遍采用办公建筑人员作息。对图书馆的人员作息进行了研究,发现其与办公建筑人员作息有显著差异。利用默认人员作息与调研得到的人员作息进行了能耗模拟校验,发现前者得到的模拟能耗与实测值的偏差达-19.67%,而后者仅为-3.74%。可见,采用针对特定建筑类型的人员作息能提高建筑能耗模拟的准确性。解决建筑能耗模拟不准确问题的一个途径是对特定类型的建筑人员作息进行针对性研究,以替代建筑模拟软件中的默认人员作息。
The simulative inaccuracy has become a frequently encountered problem in university library's building energy simulation.One possible reason of such inaccuracy is that the office building occupancy model is commonly used as the default input.Studies the library occupancy and finds that the library occupancy is noteworthy difference from office building occupancy.The calibrating energy simulation using default occupancy and observed occupancy shows a relative simulative deviation of -19.67% with the former occupancy and -3.74% with the latter one.It is concluded that the accuracy of building energy simulation can be substantially improved using the bespoke occupancy of a specific type of building.One possible solution to overcoming the inaccuracy in building energy simulation is to investigate and summarize the bespoke occupancy of specific buildings and replace the default one.
