维生素C抗畜禽热应激作用机理研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 维生素C (VC)是国内外研究最多的抗热应激物质之一,其能明显抑制动物体温上升,降低血浆中的糖皮质激素水平,改善细胞免疫,减少免疫抑制,增加精子形成和精液量,提高受精率及增加骨骼中钙的效用等多种功能,从而减轻热应激对机体的影响,因而被广泛用于畜禽抗热应激反应。本文阐述了VC生理功能、抗热应激作用机理及畜禽养殖中应用,旨在为畜禽临床使用VC提供科学依据。 Vitamin C is one of the most studied materials on anti-heat stress. It obviously inhibits temperature rise in animals and reduces glucocorticoid levels in plasma,ameliorates cellular immunity,weakens immune suppression,increases sperm formation and semen volume,improves fertilization and enhances the function of calcium in bones and in other utility,so as to reduce the influence of heat stress on the body. Therefore,it is widely used to treat heat stress reaction in livestock and poultry. This paper expounds some information of vitamin C,in terms of its physiological function and mechanism of anti-heat stress and its application in livestock and poultry breeding,in the hope of providing scientific basis for clinical use of vitamin C in livestock and poultry.
