论《温病条辨》银翘散中应有元参

Analysis of the Existence of Yuanshen in Yinqiao Powder in Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases

以《温病条辨》为基础,从全书角度,联系前后文全面理解银翘散及对元参的加减。银翘散究竟有无元参存有争议,现行《温病学》教材、《方剂学》所论银翘散中无元参。针对争议产生的原因,通过分析元参的性味功效、银翘散的组方原则与功用,元参加减所针对的病机,结合吴鞠通对温病病机的解释,笔者认为银翘散中应有元参,书中所载银翘散中无元参可能为漏刻引起。

Based on the Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases, the author can fully understand Yinqiao powder and the modification of Yuanshen from the context and the perspective of the whole book.Whether there is Yuanshen in Yinqiao powder is controversial;yet in the current textbooks of science of epidemic febrile disease and pharmacology of Chinese medical formulae there is no Yuanshen in Yinqiao powder. Aiming at the causes of the dispute,by analyzing the character and taste of Yuanshen,the formulating principle and function of Yinqiao powder,and the pathogenesis of the modification of Yuanshen and combining with WU Jutong’s explanation for the pathogenesis of febrile diseases,the author believes that there should be Yuanshen in Yinqiao powder,and that the absence of Yuanshen in the book may result from the clepsydra.
