黄芪消渴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病38例临床研究

Clinical Study on Huangqi Xiaoke Tang Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus of Qi and Yin Deficiency Type

目的:观察黄芪消渴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将气阴两虚型2型糖尿病76例随机分为2组各38例,观察组予黄芪消渴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片,对照组单予盐酸二甲双胍片,疗程8周。比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、临床总有效率。结果:治疗前,2组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c均下调,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);且观察组用药后的FBG、P2hBG、HbA1c较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率86.84%,对照组57.89%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:黄芪消渴汤联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的降糖效果显著,优于单用盐酸二甲双胍片。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Xiaoke tang combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets for type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency type.Methods:Divided 76 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency type into two groups randomly,38 cases in each group.The observation group received Huangqi Xiaoke tang combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets for treatment,while the control group only received metformin hydrochloride tablets.The treatment lasted for eight weeks.Compared the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial2 h blood glucose(P2 hBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)as well as the total effective rate before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,compared with the levels of FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c in the two groups,there was no significance in the differences(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,levels of FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c in the two groups were decreased,the difference being significant(P<0.01),levels of FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 86.84%in the observation group and 57.89%in the control group,the difference of the two groups being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Huangqi Xiaoke tang combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency type has significant hypoglycemic effect,which is better than that of metformin hydrochloride tablets.
