单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗疱疹性口腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Ara-AMP Combined with Pudilan Antiphlogistic Oral Liquid for Herpetic Stomatitis

目的:观察在常规疗法基础上加用单磷酸阿糖腺苷与蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗疱疹性口腔炎的效果。方法:以120例疱疹性口腔炎患儿为研究对象,2组均以常规疗法治疗,观察组加用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,对照组应用注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗。比较2组的临床疗效,记录2组患儿的退热时长、疱疹消退时长,观察治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)以及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率76.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。观察组的退热时长与疱疹消退时长均较对照组缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组IgG、IgA、Ig M水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。2组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:在常规疗法基础上加用单磷酸阿糖腺苷与蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗疱疹性口腔炎能尽早地改善症状,减轻炎症,提高机体免疫力,效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ara-aMP combined with pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid based on the routine treatment for herpetic stomatitis.Methods:Selected 120 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis as study subjects.The two groups were treated with routine treatment.The observation group was additionally treated with ara-aMP combined with pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid,while the control group was additionally treated with ara-aMP.Compared the clinical effect,recorded the defervescence time and the extinction time of herpes,and observed the changes in levels of lymphocyte subsets(CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+)and immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA and IgM)before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).The defervescence time and the extinction time of herpes in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01).Levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).Values of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.01).Values of CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Based on the routine treatment,the therapy of ara-aMP combined with pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid for herpetic stomatitis can improve the symptoms as early as possible,relieve the inflammation and improve the body immunity with significant curative effect.
