电针锥体交叉投影区治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察电针刺激锥体交叉投影区治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例;对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用电针刺激锥体交叉投影区;2组疗程均为4周;观察比较2组治疗前后上下肢改良Ashworth量表法(MAS)评分,并评价上、下肢肌张力改善情况。结果:治疗组上、下肢肌张力改善的有效率分别为75.00%、68.75%,对照组分别为50.00%、43.75%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后2组上、下肢MAS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P <0.05),且治疗组上、下肢MAS评分下降较对照组更显著(P <0.05)。结论:电针刺激椎体交叉投影区对改善卒中后肌张力增高具有较好的疗效。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at conical cross-projection region for increasedmuscle tone due to stroke.Methods:A total of 64 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received normal rehabilitation treatment,while the treatment group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture at conical cross-projection region based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment of both groups lasted for four weeks.The scores of modified Ashworth scale(MAS)of upper and lower limbs in the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was statistically analyzed.Results:The effective rates of the improvement of the upper and lower limbs muscle tone was 75.00%and68.75%respectively in the treatment group,and 50.00%and 43.75%respectively in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MAS scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups were decreased more obviously than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at conical cross-projection region has a relatively good therapeutic effect in treating increased muscle tone due to stroke.
