Study on the Transformation and Optimization of the Scientific Achievement in Northeast Area of China Based on the Evolutionary of Game Theory

科技成果转化在东北振兴中扮演着重要角色。本文基于演化博弈的视角,构建科研机构和企业之间的演化博弈决策模型,探讨东北地区科技成果就地转化效率低下的原因,并提出优化东北地区科技成果转化路径的策略。本文的研究有利于理解科技成果转化过程中科研机构和企业的行为主体特征,可以为制定科技成果转化政策提供理论依据。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an important role in the revitalization of Northeast China policy. This paper is based on evolutionary game theory,decision-making and scientific and technological achievements cost investment decision-making to construct the evolutionary game model between scientific research institutions and enterprises. This paper will help people better understand of the behavior characteristics of scientific research institutions and enterprises deeply in the process of technological transformation,and it will provides a theoretical basis for the government to formulate policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
