中国生态工业园发展现状研究

Research on the Development Status of China Eco—industrial Park

中国经济发展要依靠工业,工业的发展要依靠园区。中共十九大提出到2035年要实现绿色发展、低碳发展、循环发展。生态工业园区是破解资源环境压力、发展资源环境友好型产业、实现可持续发展的必然选择。本文分析了生态工业园国内外的发展现状。国外生态工业园区起步早且发展成熟,比较典型的有丹麦卡伦堡工业园区、俄克拉荷马州乔克托生态工业园区、北九州生态工业园区。本文从发展阶段、发展概况、园区类型、空间分布、园区实践、取得的成绩探讨了我国生态工业园区的发展现状。以期通过对生态工业园区发展的回顾和评述,为园区实践者和决策者及后续研究提供参考。

Chinese economic development depends on industry, and industrial development depends on parks.The 19 th CPC National Congress proposes to achieve green development, low-carbon development and circular de-velopment by 2035. Eco-industrial park is an inevitable choice to break the pressure of resources and environ-ment, develop resources and environment-friendly industries and achieve sustainable development. This paper analyses the current situation of the development of eco-industrial park at home and abroad. The foreign ecoindustrial parks started early and developed mature. The typical ones are Karenburg Industrial Park in Den-mark, Choctaw Eco-industrial Park in Oklahoma and North Kitakyushu Eco-industrial Park. This paper discusses the development status of eco-industrial parks in China from the development stage, development situation,park type, spatial distribution, Park practice and achievements. In order to provide reference for the prac-titioners and decision makers of the eco-industrial park, this paper is to review and comment on the develop-ment of eco-industrial parks.
