在国家大力推进知识产权强国建设和引领型、支撑型及特色型知识产权强省建设的大背景下,苏州也在加快推进知识产权强市建设步伐。新形势下,苏州高新区知识产权服务业发展要在知识产权服务业发展体制、知识产权和科技高端人才引进机制、企业知识产权创造与管理等方面力求突破,借鉴上海浦东新区、成都郫都区和北京中关村等地区的发展经验,深化知识产权服务业与高新区创新发展的深度融合。

Under the new situation, the development of IPR service in Suzhou Hi-tech Zone will make breakthroughs in the development system of IPR service industry, introduction mechanism of high-end talents in IPR and science and technology, and the creation and management of IPR of enterprises, and draw lessons from Shanghai Pudong New District and Chengdu Qidu District And Beijing Zhongguancun and other regions of the development experience, deepen the intellectual property services and innovation and development of high-tech zones in-depth integration.
