摘要 海产品贸易在我国经济活动中已占据重要地位,近年来以批发市场为核心的传统海产品流通模式已呈现出"卖难买贵"的现象。随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,作为海洋经济强市,宁波水产行业如何将传统的海产品和现代的经营模式结合,缓解"卖难买贵"现象,本文研究的主要目的。通过对传统的流通渠道与销售模式的革新,模拟生产基于互联网背景下的海产品O2O(online to offline)运营模式,满足消费者线上线下虚实互动的购物需求,进一步实现宁波海产品销售规模最大化、流通渠道集约化、以及客户体验最优化。 The trade in marine products has occupied an important position in the economic activities of our country. In recent years, the circulation pattern of traditional Marine products, which has been cen-tered on the wholesale market, has presented the phenomenon of "selling hard to buy expensive". With the rapid development of e-commerce, as a strong marine economy, it is the main purpose of the article to study how to combine the traditional seafood and modern business model in Ningbo aquatic industry to alleviate the "hard to buy expensive" phenomenon.Through the innovation of the traditional circulation channels and sales models, the O2 O operation model based on the Internet is simulated to meet the shopping needs of the consumer online and virtual interaction.In this way, we can further realize the maximization of the sales scale of ningbo Marine products, intensive distribution channels and optimization of customer experience.
