本文通过对经营分析中存在的问题进行梳理,运用风险管理理论,从平衡计分卡四个维度的企业经营分析中,进行风险识别、风险分析与评价、风险应对防范和风险控制,构建了基于风险管理的企业经营分析模型,以期不断提升企业管理水平,为企业经营发展提供决策参考依据。

By combing the problems of the business analysis and using the theory of risk management, the business analysis model based on risk management is built, from the four dimensions of the Balanced Score Card.It can be used for risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, risk response prevention and risk control.To improve the enterprise management, it can be provided the decision reference for enterprise devel-opment.
