摘要
分别从外部接口组成和内部架构2个方面阐述地铁调试用逻辑控制器的结构。从电源、ARM处理器外围电路、开关量输入/输出电路及通信电路4个方面阐述逻辑控制器的电子板卡主卡(或从卡)硬件电路设计,简要论述逻辑控制器电子板卡主卡(或从卡)的编程方式。控制器采用模块化设计,与外部其他控制器通过CAN通信网络连接,电路简洁,通用性强,大大降低了调试用控制器成本。
The articles specifies the structure of logic controller used for metro vehicle debugging in terms of suchtwo aspects as external interface composition and internal architecture. It specifies the hardware circuit design of mas-ter(slave) electric board card used for logic controllers in terms of such four aspects as power supply,peripheralcircuit of ARM processors;DI/DO circuit and communication circuit,giving a brief introduction to the program-ming mode for the master(slave) electric board card used for logic controllers. The controller adopts a modular de-sign and connects to other external controllers via the CAN communication network. The circuit is simple and strongin versatility,thus greatly lowering the controller debugging costs.
