通过分析高寒地区运营典型案例哈大高铁近几年的实际运营故障数据,指出高寒地区动车组运营故障的原因包括设备因素、外部环境因素和人为因素3类。从提高高铁设备设施技术水平、严格动车组专业技术管理及加强高铁安全文化建设3个方面提出控制措施建议,对于完善高寒地区动车组安全保障系统、保障哈大高铁运营安全具有现实指导意义。

Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway is typical cases in alpine areas.By analyzing actual operation failuredata on the Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway during recent years,the article proposes the causes for operationfailures in alpine-area high-speed rail EMUs,including equipment,external environment and human factors.Thenin view of such three aspects as to improve the technical level of high-speed railway equipment&facilities,strictlyconduct specialized EMU technology management and strengthen high-speed railway safety-specific cultural con-struction,it proposes the corresponding control measures,which is of realistic directive significance for improvingthe safety safeguard system of alpine-area high-speed railways,as well as safeguarding the operation safety of theHarbin-Dalian High-speed Railway.
