我国开展“一带一路”沿线国家高校教师培训的实践探索与发展策略 被引量:8

The Practice Exploration and Development Strategy of University Teachers' Training in Countries Along “the Belt And Road”

摘要 随着"一带一路"倡议的提出,我国致力于建立沿线国家教育共同体,开展沿线国家高校教师培训是其中的重要工作之一。当前,我国对沿线国家高校教师的培训工作逐步制度化,但仍然存在培训覆盖国别有限、教师培训项目单一、沿线国家发展差异较大、培训国际竞争力有待提高等问题与挑战。我国可从制度、组织以及学科层面出发,进行全面设计和精准规划,建立区域性的高校教师培训平台,输出教师培训组织,打造国际化的教师队伍和高质量的教师培训项目,进一步实现沿线国家高校教师培训工作的提质增效内涵式发展。 With the proposal of "the Belt and Road" initiative, our country is committed to establishing the education community of countries along "the Belt and Road", and carrying out the training of university teachers in countries along "the Belt and Road". Our country has already started the training of university teachers in countries along "the Belt and Road" at present, while there exist a wide range of problems and challenges, such as the small scale and single level of university teachers’ training, the need to improve the international competitiveness of training. Based on the current situation and challenges, our country can carry out a comprehensive top-level design and accurate planning from the system level, organization level and academic level, establish regional teacher training, training platforms and export teacher training organizations, and build international teams of teachers, high quality projects of university teacher training programs, so as to realize the connotative development of improving quality and increasing efficiency in the training of university teachers in countries along "the Belt and Road".
