甲钴胺联合维生素B_6预防奥沙利铂所致神经毒性疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察甲钴胺联合维生素B6对减少奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的临床效果。方法:66例接受奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨方案化疗的大肠癌患者随机分为对照组32例和观察组34例,分别给予单纯生活方式干预和生活方式干预外加口服甲钴胺联合维生素B6。利用奥沙利铂神经毒性分级和神经症状评分(NSS)观察患者神经毒性发生率和严重程度。结果:对照组和观察组急性神经毒性发生率分别为87. 5%和61. 8%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。化疗3周期和6周期后,观察组神经毒性发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。观察组神经缺陷症状评分(NSS)显著低于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:甲钴胺联合维生素B6能有效降低奥沙利铂所致神经毒性的发生率和程度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of mecobalamin combined with vitamin B6 on neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin.Methods:The colorectal cancer patients received oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine were randomly divided into the control group treated with lifestyle intervention(32 cases)and the therapy group treated with mecobalamin combined with vitamin B6additionally(34 cases).The incidence and severity of neurotoxicity were observed using oxaliplatin neurotoxicity classification and neurosymptom score(NSS).Results:The incidence of acute neurotoxicity in the control group and the therapy group was 87.5%and 61.8%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After the 3-cycle and 6-cycle chemotherapy,the rate of chronic neurotoxicity was lower in the therapy group than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the NSS was lower in the therapy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Mecobaltamide combined with vitamin B6 can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin.
