为加强医疗机构医疗设备维修配件管理,研究医疗设备维修配件管理策略,建立相应管理制度和流程。分析医疗设备维修配件管理中存在价格虚高、渠道不明、回收利用不足等问题,结合医疗机构维修管理现状,提出建立询价制度、严格授权审查、建立配件库等对策与措施。建立医疗设备维修配件采购询价制度,强化维修配件溯源管理及验收,启用报废设备配件回收,有利于降低维修成本,提升医疗设备安全性和可靠性。探索医疗设备维修配件管理策略,进一步规范了维修流程,提升了医疗设备管理水平。

To strengthen the management of medical equipment accessories and study the administration strategy, and establish the corresponding management system and process. The problems in the management of medical equipment accessories, such as inflated price, unidentified channels, and recycling insufficient were analyzed. The strategy of establishment of inquiry system, strict authorization system and spare parts library for medical equipment accessories were proposed. The construction of inquiry system, management and acceptance of repair parts and recycling scrap were beneficial to reduce maintenance costs and improve the safety and reliability of medical equipment. The exploration of management strategy of medical equipment accessories could standardize the maintenance process and improve the management level.
