摘要 现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)微谐振器等微机电系统(MEMS)器件中,大多处理电路需要同时获取被测信号的幅值和相位信息的要求,提出了一种基于FPGA的矢量信号分析系统完整的设计方案,开发了一种廉价的、便于系统集成的矢量信号分析系统。设计模块化的硬件电路,利用FPGA程序来实现矢量信号的分析。经过实验测试,获得的矢量信号分析系统具有良好的线性度、高精度、低误差等诸多特性,可以方便、准确地对被测信号进行矢量分析,满足MEMS器件的应用需求。 In micro-electro-mechanical system( MEMS) devices such as field programmable gate array( FPGA)micro-resonators,most processing circuit need to acquire amplitude and phase information of the signal to be detected at the same time. To meet this requirement,a complete design scheme of vector signal analysis system based on FPGA is proposed,a vector signal analysis system which is low-cost,and convenient for system integration is developed. Modular hardware circuit is designed and FPGA program is used for vector signal analysis. After experimental testing,the obtained vector signal analysis system has many advantages such as good linearity,high precision and low error,which can conveniently and accurately conduct vectorial analysis of the measured signal and can meet the application requirements of MEMS devices.
