摘要
以栅丝张力为研究对象,对栅丝张力检测仪的总体结构进行研究并设计,阐述了检测仪的硬件及软件实现方案。检测仪通过控制多轴位移平台实现探头与栅丝的接触检测和压力测量,将测力仪实时采集数据传送至上位机,上位机根据测量数据计算获得栅丝张力值,实现张力值的实时显示、验证、存储以及查询等功能。实践证明:设计的检测仪为栅丝张力检测提供了一种自动化实时检测手段,测试精度达0. 01 N,提高了测试效率及准确性。
The main structure of the wire tension tester is studied and designed,and the hardware and software realization scheme of the detector are expounded. The detector through the control of multi-axis displacement platform to achieve the probe and the wire contact detection and pressure measurement,the dynamometer real-time data collected to the host computer,the host computer based on the measured data to obtain the wire tension value,to achieve real-time tension value display,verify,store and query functions. Practice has proved that the detector for the wire tension detection provides an automated real-time detection means,the test precision of 0. 01 N,improve test efficiency and accuracy.
