“齿轮”形瘢痕瓣法矫正后天性前鼻孔狭窄

Correction of acquired anterior nostril stenosis with “gear”-shaped scar flap

目的探讨"齿轮"形瘢痕瓣法矫正后天性前鼻孔狭窄的临床疗效。方法对自2012年10月至2017年10月收治的18例后天性前鼻孔狭窄患者,均在狭窄的前鼻孔行"齿轮"形瘢痕瓣法矫正,完全松解瘢痕后,错位缝合,短期置扩张管。结果术后随访12个月,所有患者鼻腔通气好,无鼻塞症状,无前鼻孔再狭窄或闭锁发生。18例患者中,术后随访满意者11例,较满意者6例,不满意者1例;其中1例不满意者为术后前鼻孔再次狭窄。结论 "齿轮"形瘢痕瓣法是矫正后天性前鼻孔狭窄较为有效的方法,可以降低前鼻孔再狭窄或闭锁的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of"gear"-shaped scar flap in the correction of acquired anterior nostril stenosis. Methods From October 2012 to October 2017, 18 patients with acquired anterior nostril stenosis were retrospectively analyzed.Defects in all patients were repaired with a "gear"-shaped scar flap. After the scar is completely released, dislocation suture is performed.A dilation tube was used to expand for the short-term. Results After follow-up for 12 months, all patients had good nasal ventilation without nasal obstruction or postoperative nostril atresia. Among the 18 patients, 11 patients felt the procedure was satisfactory, 6 reported being relatively satisfied and 1 patient for whom anterior nostril restenosis occurred was unsatisfied with the postoperative efficacy. Conclusion The "gear"scar flap was an effective method to correct acquired anterior nostril stenosis, which could reduce the incidence of anterior nostril restenosis or atresia.
